Justin Gress serves as Chief Operating Officer-Insurance at Vantage Risk. He has joined the company in January 2021 as Vice President-Strategic Initiatives and was focused on building the company's first Operational and Strategic Plan. Prior to, he was in a series of senior executive roles at AXA XL including Americas Business Transformation Leader, Corporate Director of Strategic Initiatives, COO of North America Construction, and COO of AXA XL Canada. He previously was with CNA and KPMG. Mr. Gress started his career completing General Electric's Leadership Program in Insurance. He holds a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and is a regular speaker and written contributor in the insurance industry space.
