Current Position and Responsibilities
As a member of the Global People leadership team, Molly is responsible for leading, driving and delivering all aspects of People Transformation and Operations. In this newly established role, Molly works to create an organizational transformation that is grounded in clear strategy, well-designed structure, and world-class HR systems to ensure a seamless end-to-end employee experience. She is also responsible for areas including data and analytics, M&A, employee relations, and Visa-wide initiatives including Return to Office, Employee Value Proposition, and the Future of Work.
Molly joined Visa in 2011 and is based in New York.

Molly has over 23 years of international business development, consulting and operations experience. Since joining Visa in 2011, she has worked in multiple functions, including Business Planning and Operations, Risk, Strategy, and People, based in Asia Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Prior her current role, Molly led HR in Asia Pacific, responsible for all aspects of the People Organization in a region with ~7,000 employees.
Molly was Head of Business Planning & Operations (BPO) for Asia Pacific from 2017 to 2019, where she was responsible for driving the region’s strategic priorities across the business. Additionally, Molly was Head of Risk Strategy and Operations for Asia Pacific, where the team’s remit included management of risk relationships for large clients, risk-related contributions to cross-functional initiatives and risk analytics. Molly has also held roles in Strategy, including leading the National Payment Systems group at Visa for Sub-Saharan Africa from 2012 to 2015.
Molly has lived and worked in many locations around the world including China, Singapore and the UK. She holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and an MA in East Asian Studies from Columbia University.
