Maya Thompson is the Director, Transformation Programs, at Grange Insurance. In this role, Maya is part of the Transformation Management Office who has responsibility for ensuring success of large-scale operational change initiatives. When joining Grange (2010), she started in Financial Reporting, later holding roles in Internal Audit and the Enterprise Strategy Office. She previously served as a Manager in SEC Reporting for Bancinsurance Corp., and auditor for KPMG LLP. Maya has eighteen years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries.

Maya is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University (OH).
