Marino Monti is senior vice president (SVP) of Enterprise, Cloud and Workplace Technology (ECWT) for Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), which helps Americans become well planned, well invested and well protected.
In this role, Monti oversees a highly collaborative team, responsible for delivering Voya’s corporate technology strategy, advancing the company’s cloud solutions and enhancing the employee work experience — bringing together tools and processes that will help make work more engaging, collaborative and productive. He also serves as member of Voya’s Enterprise Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Voya in 2015, Monti led large transformational programs, application development teams and divestitures for other Insurance and Financial Services companies. He started his career in the leadership development program at Travelers where he supported the infrastructure organization. Later, Monti led transformational programs to improve process and implement state-of-the-art technology at The Hartford where he also led several application development teams in the Wealth Management businesses.
Monti earned his master’s, bachelor’s and associates degrees in finance and computer technology from the University of Hartford.
