Shashi heads the complete product development of Intelligent Automation Suite comprising of TruBot ( RPA product), TruCap+( Intelligent Data Processing) and TruBI( Data Visualization Tool). Shashi also leads the Datamatics teams responsible for proactively identifying and defining IT solutions encompassing latest technologies in new areas for clients across verticals. He is one of the key members who works closely with the customers to help them gain business advantage and higher business growth.

He has established 50+ EDC’s and has been involved in development of 70+ products including products in area of automation and digital transformation. His 35+ years of extensive experience in managing offshore centers, delivering software services to clients across the world on multiple technologies and various domains has led to successful organizational growth through P&L management, client engagement, pre-sales support, product design & development and building high performance teams with demonstrable productivity.

Shashi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Varanasi and Executive MBA in Data Driven Product Management from IIM Lucknow. He is Certified Intelligent Automation Professional and has completed multiple executive courses in area of technology and leadership like Data Sciences from John Hopkins and Design Driven Leadership from MIT.
